Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


During high-volume launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses


Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wave is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Wave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.


International Shipping & Customs


International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the order total.
